Not an agent. A local partner walking the journey with you in Europe.

FreeSight Trip is a connector service focused on European international exhibitions. Over fifteen years, we have accompanied batch after batch of Chinese companies, bringing their products to exhibition venues in Germany, France, Italy and Spain, and bringing orders and partnerships back home.
We are not a traditional travel agency, nor a simple broker. We are more like a group of people stationed long-term in European exhibition cities, familiar with every venue and every industry's playbook — helping companies pick the right fair, smooth the process, and meet the people they should meet.
Four industries, one mission: Pet, Gaming, Medical Aesthetics, and Music. We have followed each industry for years, knowing which fairs are worth attending and how to make the most of them.
From helping the first Chinese companies exhibit in Germany — visas, hotels, venues — we learned everything from scratch, and rooted ourselves in the European exhibition circle.
We set up partner outposts in Frankfurt, Paris and Milan, with our own local execution teams — leaving the "remote control" mode behind.
From general exhibition services, we focused on Pet, Gaming, Medical Aesthetics and Music — assigning dedicated exhibition staff to each, deepening the service.
Connecting visa, logistics, translation, client outreach, and post-show research — upgrading from "sending you to the fair" to "accompanying you through the fair".
Every year, dozens of companies expanding overseas, departing from Southwest China, reaching Europe. Fifteen years of accumulation — making every exhibition resonate.
Fifteen years at the exhibition floor — we know what the real fair experience is. No hype, no cliches — only advice that works.
Local European teams on the ground, every link covered by someone in the venue. Emergencies handled in real time — not by phone transfer.
We value long-term partnership over a single fair. Many clients have walked with us for five to six years since their first exhibition.
